Pros
The people who worked there were great - hard working, efficient, smart, and with the best of intentions, trying to make the best of a bad situation and do the right thing by their clients.
Cons
Shocking business practices, terrible management, no career progression, no training, terrible base pay with rarely a chance to make any more, no internal support, no HR department or anyone taking care of HR, no recognition for doing an amazing job... just absolutely terrible.
