They love you as an employee when you make them a lot of cash, most do. They let you run the show with not much oversight or micro managing. Come when you want leave when you want, overall high spirits.
Cons
Your will be ousted and put aside the moment you are no longer profitable. It is all about how much you make them as an agent or advisor. One month you can be the company's favorite, the next you will be treated like dirt. Totally relative to how much you produce. Truly a lion's den.
