Pros

-Minimum wage -Some basic computer skills taught -can offer a basic 9-5 job

Cons

-Poor management -Leadership failing to take responsibility for their actions -If one person slacks, everyone gets punished and that one person never gets called out by leadership -Ceo did not believe in the “pandemic” stating it was over exaggerated in the beginning and wanted people to go into the office when there were confirmed cases in the building -Absolutely no opportunity for growth(once you’re hired you stay where you are and they don’t offer raises)
