Pros

- Casual atmosphere with flexibility for good work / life balance. - Startup environment allows you to have direct impact and contribution, also acts as an incubator to learn and grow extremely fast since there are always new ideas being implemented, great people to learn from and challenging problems to solve. - Unique space in the market and a genuinely interesting solution for big name brands.

Cons

- With the fast paced nature and growth of the company, some people might struggle to keep up with the changes and company wide updates, if they don’t have the right startup mindset. - If you’re not a great communicator it might be an uphill battle - syncing with people in Israel and working unusual hours to meet deadlines can be temporarily annoying, but navigating around it isn’t impossible. - Although they hold town halls and team meetings, company announcements are sometimes inconsistent. It pays to talk to people to know if there is a new initiative in motion.

Pros

great people to work with - the smartest people. interesting clients and projects

Cons

as few of my colleagues written, low company performance led to many cutoffs in the company in the past year. The atmosphere working in Signals is no longer the same. Upper management is very cynical towards employees, promotion of family and close friends is very common, and there isn't any respect to employees that sweat on difficult projects, as they are being thrown away of the company right after they finish. The product is not intuitive, very complexed, and clients don't like it. Signals is not working on the edge of technology, and most of the success relying on services, and analysts that need to work all night to make up on it. it was a great place to work, but most of the good people have left the company pursuing more normal jobs. It's funny to see that none of the inner-circle executives have resigned the company, but everyone around them was fired or resigned. It's drowning really quickly. Stay away.
