Pros
Excellent training, excellent benefits. Flat management structure so issues go directly to the top level staff. Marketing personnel are very good at lining up contracts and projects for the consulting staff.
Cons
The only downside I can see is that none fo the managers work full time at the company - they're all working at client sites, too. So the office staff usually consists of a receptionist, a marketing staff member and a recruiter who's also often on site with a client.
