Pros
no Pros. I you do not have confidence of doing anything then you can join. At lest after 2 year you will be able to get a good job. I mean you can only learn. But again that depends on your luck. Some guys never came out of there because they are feeling they became useless.
Cons
1. Negligible salary 2. 2 years of bond worth 1 lakh. Its in there policy to earn money. People join and leave because there nothing for survival. 3. No facility like cafeteria, cabs etc.. 4. There are 4 directors who are very cheap. 5. they loot client, and sometime you will have to just move cursor so that they can send send good screenshot to loot client. 6 imagine you are moving mouse cursor for 5 hours in night without work.. I felt like in hell. 7. They are so cheap that client give me 5000 rs as performance bonus and they even didn't give this sum to me. 8. I worked for 2 years and when I left i gave 25000 from my pocket. No Earning...Just worked for free. 9. Beware Of HR. They are mindless. Do not trust them. They just pretend to be polite and sympathetic. 10. If you are planning to join then remember and read this post.
