It doesn’t matter if you’ve worked there for 10+ years, I’ve seen these people turn on their longest standing employees.
It’s pretty obvious that their business is failing. Upper management will do anything to save themselves, even if that means multiple lay-offs in order to keep themselves overpaid and afloat. Tons of new unnecessary c-suite hires, while the rest of the company begs for promotions and raises.
