Pros

Shout! is very transparent and working here feels like you're part of a big family. Being a part of the entertainment industry and having great product makes it a great place to work. Great benefits

Cons

Not a huge corporation so growth is limited. People at the higher levels have worked/stayed here for a very long-time so it makes it somewhat difficult to work your way up if you are starting at the bottom.

Transparency. Ability to work with all levels of the organization. Not stuck on "hierarchy". Dedicated to treating employees, customers, vendors, community with respect and to improve when it is needed. Working to improve DEI because it is the right thing to do, not just because it is currently popular in the business world.

Cons

Depending on your area of expertise, may have limited growth simply due to the size of the organization.
