Low pay Overworking employees 90% of my work was fixing bugs and understanding low quality work done in the past Some of the codebase is written by people with max 1 year of experience Using technologies which don't make sense for given problems Lack of basic programming strategies such as deriving classes, which normally save many hours of work Promises of projects you are interested in without them ever coming true Extremely cheap and insulting team-buildings , filled with obligatory kindergarten games Specifications sometimes change on the fly Everything is very rushed The culture is very bad. You are required to give everything you have to the company, but they won't accommodate any of your needs if you ever ask for anything You are required to be online even in the evening if the company needs you. Many late meetings
