Pros
Cultural mindset is very fun and flexible leading to a dedicated but not overbearing workplace. Management is pretty flexible and accommodating to different work schedules and schedule changes. The edutainment approach of the company is very well integrated in the training programs for all employees and translates well to the storefront side of the company ultimately producing a high rate of customer satisfaction.
Cons
There was no effective path for long term growth for native English Teachers which led many workers to view the job as a temporary.
