Pros

Free Lunch and the co-workers are nice.

Cons

Executives of customer success is not in sync with the management team, with a lot of secrets and never discloses the true intentions. Just a bad environment to work for. A lot of times theres no work flow or process for our issues

Pros

Catered lunches, beers on Friday, smart employees (some), ping pon, bocce ball

Cons

Absolutely no development for a person's skill set The leaders are very inexperienced and make a great deal of costly mistakes Very few people actually have worked in the industry Low pay comparing to competitors No annual raises They would always think they were turning a corner to get to that next level..it never came Commissions are being taken from employees without prior notification.
