Complex challenges in operations, creating many opportunities to learn new skills and knowledge while providing the experience to implement practical business solutions.

Cons

High turnover rate, oftenly leaving a mess for the systems that they build as projects are transferred and handed over from one person or department to another. The tech stack is also not managed effectively which might cause longer work hours for inefficient process, with many discrepancies in data and no clear direction as management keeps changing priorities.

Tyrant Company Tracks everything you do, they pretty much counts every breath you take and if you do it faster/slower, they will count is as an anomaly. Metrics > Impact.
