Plenty of hours and leadership that stays engaged with the team, which really helps morale. There’s a real effort to make this a great place to work, and our senior manager stays grounded and supportive, especially when it comes to the supervisor team.

Cons

No a/c during the summer is brutal.

Cons

Sometimes not enough tools, some bikes need lots of repairs and can slow down productivity if working on the older styles
