      Operations team is good to work for. Avoid all other teams.

      It all depends who you work for. Toxic ceo. Disorganization. Bad processes. Paranoia. High turnover. Long hours. You’re never off work.

      • Disorganized, chaotic product development cycle • No process to speak of found anywhere in the organization • Toxic work environment • You can never take on enough responsibility beyond your role, company is severely understaffed • Expected to work overtime on a daily to keep up with the madness • Management is very hands off
