Challenges start when you get an opportunity and tr consultancy strives hard. What actually happened i my case is: I got a call for interview and further I cleared all the rounds after which my CTC and joining date was also fixed. Only the thing that was left was the release of offer letter and I was again and again asked to join join immediately upon which I agreed and was ready to do so. The consultant first told me to wait for one week. After that I called them again and was kept to wait for three weeks without any call or intimation from their side. These people will call you continuously until you have cleared the rounds and if now it's their turn to revert on for the offer letter or any other query from the candidate's side,they'll probably stop picking your calls. I was holding offers from two other companies and kept on waiting for shell infotech's response, resulting in loss of opportunity from both sides. You guys have no right to bind the candidate with full confirmation of joining so that the candidate doesn't chooses to go to other company and finally getting a negative response after 4 weeks from your side too. Don't play a game with other people's career as for you it may be just a call but for us it is a lifetime opportunity. P.S. Improve you managerial skills so that we employees don't have to suffer a major loss in our career.
