Seemed to have rounds of hiring and mass firing of staff, high turnover , which was disruptive and inefficient use of time having to train new people over and over and was quite upsetting for some people. Heavy sales based agenda, more so than education. May have changed since I was there...

Possibility to learn, great colleagues, and nice location. It can be a stepping stone for a new job, to fill gaps in a CV if you really need it.
Cons
This company will leave you exhausted not only physically but also spiritually speaking. They don´t care about their employees at all. The targets are not only unachievable but also they don't care which ones they are as long as you give more and more every month. There is no plan/strategy. They talk about customer-centric approaches, but this is only an excuse to get more money from these customers without taking into consideration their actual needs. Everything is a disaster. The fast pace and customer-centric cultures have been poorly interpreted by Shaw's upper management.
