- Very supportive team and good maintenance management. - Solid balance of work, enough not to get bored, but not too much that you are overwhelmed. - Company is serious about safety and performing preventative mx. - Everyone seemed friendly.
Cons
- If you don't like heights you might have a rough time.

Pros
Coworkers are amazing. Everyone works together for the good of the company.
Cons
Not a lot of diversity in management. Revolving door for leadership. Poor communication. Calling it a family environment is discouraged. Not embracing new methods and technology. Stuck in the way of this is how we always did it. Don't value loyal employees. It's a good ol boys club at the leadership level.
