      - Great office - lunches at office - fantastic people to work with

      Cons

      - no ESOPs - founders are no more invested in the business - the CBO is egoistic and full of hatred for everyone not hired by him directly - the company has been firing people on a 7 day notice since the acquisition by PineLabs has happened -there is no career growth and a lot of stagnancy after a year

This dynamic and forward-thinking approach has made my time at Setu both challenging and rewarding.
