Loved the administration part of the job, however the constant belittling and rude customers takes a toll after a while.

Great hours, pay is alright depending on position, enjoyable co-workers (again all depends on location)

Cons

Ever changing policies and procedures are hard to keep on top of, rude customers, not much room for advancement.

Retirement Contribution. Getting every civic holiday off. Accumulated paid time off.

Cons

They purposely hire on an ad hoc basis so you don't get the benefits. When you are ad hoc, they work you to the bone, especially in an office open on Saturdays. You are working 6 days a week and scolded if you take time off. You have to compete for permanent and there is A LOT of favoritism in the offices, ie Promotions based on whether you're well-known and liked.
