Pros

If you prove yourself, they won't question how you structure your schedule. It is extremely peaceful yet rewarding to work with them. A lot of our work is independent, we do also have collaborative projects and team meetings to learn more.

Cons

I have no complains to be honest.

I enjoyed the people I worked with.

Cons

I was severely underpaid. I went from making 50k and found another Research Manager position elsewhere and was offered 100k. SMG tried to offer me 75k to stay.
