Pros
The company is has an easy going culture but they also take customer care seriously. I was given all the time needed to sort a few issues out in my life without any questions asked.. They clearly have faith and fully trust their employees.
Cons
Service Birmingham fully support their employees in keeping a healthy work-life-balance. There is always opportunities for personal development and take on more responsibilities.

Pros
Dealing with Council Tax and Housing Benift claimants. On the whole a rewarding job, helping to explain the rules of the benefits. Plus free transport from several areas in Birmingham
Cons
Constant monitoring by Management, which I found intrusive. Calls monitored ok but I found the keystroke monitoring over the top.
