Pay Expenses Working hours Management bullying Poor work life balance You do feel like you are working to pay someone else sat in an office doing nothing.

Pros
Very mature HR processes, corporate governance and was a fair place to work. I had excellent line managers through my time there.
Cons
Lack of innovation. Was always the tried and tested way, new ideas and ways of doing things tended to get stuck in the mud.
