      Job security and PTO, but high micromanagement and pay issues

      Pros

      There's job security, generous PTO, and Good incentives when you reach the 5 year mark.

      Cons

      There's a lot of micromanagement, silly metrics centered around "engaging with your coworkers" that could actually impact your pay, and extremely high call volumes. The pay range didn't justify the time spent when you realize new hires start at a pay rate that the people who onboarded before 2016 had to work years to reach.

      Pros

      Used to be a lot of pros. Can’t think of any now.

      Cons

      Bad managerial practices, bloated processes, some toxic employee and incompetent managers who don’t know what they are doing. Everyone in this company is either looking for another job or don’t even have the capabilities to jump. It’s a dead sea.

      There are many talented and hardworking employees across the company. However, the overall experience is often impacted by ineffective middle management

      Cons

      There are opportunities to improve internal communication and reduce unnecessary process overhead. The organization experiences frequent structural changes, and the long-term value of these changes is not always clear. Standardized schedules across teams can also reduce agility and make it harder to operate in a truly Agile way.
