Good Perks don’t make up for Non-existent Execution!

Strong financial backing and not afraid to invest in growth. Company events and global meetups are well organized and a nice perk.
Cons
Leadership lacks any prior industry experience and relies too much on personal networks. Product development feels slow, with limited innovation. Despite being in the market for several years, customer growth has been limited and sales momentum is not where it should be. The market for this type of product is still very young, budgets are tight, and there’s no shortage of competitors — including larger vendors who bundle similar features at little or no added cost. Too much focus on internal meetings rather than execution. Communication between regions can be challenging, especially across different work weeks and continents. At times it feels like the company is moving sideways instead of forward, which makes the future uncertain.
