      The company provides services powered by advanced technology, and employees themselves work in an environment where they actively use cutting-edge tools. The company culture and managers also strongly support the use of these tools.

      Cons

      This is not necessarily a weakness, but it does require employees to continuously use the latest tools and build the most effective way of working on their own. For those who prefer following fixed routines, the expectations may feel quite high.

      Great company culture, great work life balance, structured team, organized management, and collaborative coworkers.

      Cons

      Hard to come up with any, but if I were to say one thing - It would be nice to gather together more often since it is such a great team!
