Pros

Flexibility regarding taking up shifts. Working with children and it can be rewarding.

Cons

Unprofessional staff. Not understanding of personal situations. Harass you over phone calls if you call in for a shift. Certain childcare centres are racist and out right rude.

the online shift platform and timeshare submission is amazing

Cons

unpaid training. no reimbursement for tb test, police check, vsc. Only scheduled us 5.5 shift so that you don't get a break
