Cons
Everything. Senior and middle management will lie and cheat about every aspect of he business. I was lied to about my potential for growth in the company. Was also lied to about company finances and compensation. The entire company is a line of crooks with a culture built on lying to customers and employees. I do not forsee this organization being around much longer. I was laid-off with the reasoning being "restructuring" when it was clear that they are just out of money. To add to that, less than a week prior i was ensured by my manager that all of our jobs were safe. That was clearly a lie when they laid off 4 or 5 of us within a week following. It is astonishing to me that an organization like this can exist with such spineless and unethical people at the helm.
