Pros
Some new comers in the company are technically strong and there is something to learn from them. But the question is that for how long such good people will survice in such a work environment ?
Cons
Really this company doesn't even deserve a rating of 1-star. It has absolutely no vision and no plans for the future and it's just going through the motions. Hire and Fire has been there policy and looks like it's never going to change. Highly high workload and pressure all the time. People working in the middle and upper management are the worst one can come across in the industry. You feel like you are working "under" a bunch of cheap politicians who like themselves to be called as software professionals.
