      Pros

      Old terms and conditions are excellent. Good work life balance. Some really excellent expertise and staff who are very willing to teach less experienced employees.

      Cons

      New terms and conditions are not very good and it feels the company are constantly trying to assault existing Ts&Cs. Sometimes incompetence is tollerated.

      Good work life balance. Company are trying to drag themselves into the 21st. century. Internal promotions are fairly transparent.

      Cons

      Still a backwards, inefficient and outdated working culture (although this is improving with a move towards 'agile' working). New Ts&Cs are far worse than previous offers.
