bonus money in the end of the year CEO would like to give young people the opportunity to learn their jobs and dont hassitate to support them
Cons
Unprofessional management that does not focus on the main problems most employees with higher positions treat you like garbage they force you to waste your free time (even if your job is done) almost no place to eat good food, pls bring your own food they are not prepared for new employees after you come back of your holidays you could have lost your workplace and computer and will get something else from 10 years ago, you can just hope that your department leader buy a new in the next year

got to work with General Managers directly on a weekly basis - which was just great! And the results of my work where actually implemented and used which is a great experience.
