      They Can Do Better

      Pros

      My coworkers were amazing. They all pulled together to make a really positive team, as did some of the middle management. Hardest working people I've ever met. I learned a lot, and miss my team dearly.

      Cons

      I didn't like the way upper management communicated. In my own opinion, I often felt afraid and intimidated. I'm scared to leave this review. However, I want to offer my honest feedback, and hope they take this as constructive feedback to work on the company culture.

      Pros

      The people that work here are dedicated to growing the business to be a world-class organization. Everyone communicates well and has the discipline and know-how to succeed.

      Cons

      The standard bumps and bruises that come with working for a start-up (my 4th).

      - open communication with management, at all levels you are encouraged to pitch ideas, speak with management, and contribute. - friendly coworkers - good work environment - stock options

      - cross functional projects can be a little jumbled - benefits are ok
