-100% commission -Toxic work environment -They act as if work is the most important thing -Working days are very long. They said 2-9, but ended up working 1-11pm (at least) most days were until 12 am since you need to be back at the office for a meeting after -Toxic masculinity and homophobia -You meet creepy people, and you’re forced to go on meetings you don’t feel comfortable at. As a woman, they don’t care if you’re in a sketchy neighbourhood alone at 11PM List can go on forever. I would not recommend anyone to work here. They do not care about their employees. It can be good pay if you do more than one sale per day, but if not then you should absolutely apply for any other job where they at least have a base salary. If you’re a lesbian or gay or bi or trans etc, do not work here, it’s a very toxic environment.
