Pros
I like the field of charity and ecology, so I enjoyed working at Second Wind. I had a variety of tasks that were interesting to do, and I learned a lot here. I had friendly colleagues and a supportive environment.
Cons
I was not comfortable working with my supervisor because she gave no feedback and misjudged the amount of work I was doing.
