Work-life balance, family-oriented, small US corporate office so you know every high-ranking employee.

Cons

Extremely small customer service department (1 person) which takes analysts away from their major projects to enter customer orders for several days or back fill shipping personnel needs.

Pros

work "flexibility". Management will call u at 9AM sharp with video call. Not allowed to wear home clothes during working hours and you must pick up the call within 3 rings, if not she will be mad at you for not be at your desk during working hours.
