      Pros

      *Good people *Great pay *Benefits I started here in 2025 and came back to Glassdoor to write this review after seeing the negative reviews. The company is growing fast and had early pains. That is probably the reason for the early negative reviews. My time here has been amazing and much better than the previous big box company I worked for. It is hard work but that comes with being an adjuster. For a small company they have great pay, opportunity, and benefits. Glad I'm here

      Pros

      There are a lot of growth opportunities for those willing to work and earn them. Everyone in the company is eager to help support others development and to make everyone the best they can be.

      Cons

      There are numerous processes and procedures that change quickly, You just have to be willing to take the feedback and go with it to make the company united and the best we can be.

      The Leadership Team are Slimy Snakes and Narcissistic Babies

      Pros

      It used to be a great place to work. Then the affect of the claims director finally took hold. Think of the Queen of Hearts. Anytime someone opposed her, "Off with their head!" There is no safe outlet to voice concerns in the workspace. Retaliation is a real thing there. The Sr. VP of claims and the claims director have robbed their people of their voice and the HR rep works for them so no one has an advocate.

      Cons

      Do not trust a word the leadership team says. They have turned the office into a prison.  Your best practice is to keep your head down and hit your numbers. Don't attempt to raise concerns about the work environment, or you will be out the door. Plan to stay in the position you are hired as for eternity as they do not promote within. The senior leadership bring in their buddies to fill open positions.
