      Pros

      You can build your own business block, but do watch out if you build it too well. Yet for a young person starting out, this may be an okay place to learn. Once you do, find a larger concern that would have ethics and proper HR.

      Cons

      The better you did, the more discrimination there was. As you were one of the top two in production, benefits were taken away. As a business owner today, I reward an achiever! Who would stay when you are basically punished for doing not only well, but better. A senior level person should go to a well recognized search firm which has much better business practices.

      Looks great from the outside, not so great once you get on the inside

      Cons

      Not much, if you want to feel bad about yourself, enjoy being the person that the owner decides to chastise to make herself feel better, work for free, you would be better off volunteering for free at an organization that will appreciate you. Unhealthy environment.
