      Dreadful company to work for, very reactive, and trigger happy!

      a lot of autonomy, some fantastic customers

      Cons

      Co-workers not following due process, cutting corners, misleading customers, taking credit for other peoples work and efforts. Management unaware of employee shortcomings as they are in another location and timezone. A culture of covering your own back, and self interest
