I didn’t see any pros while working at ScrumLaunch
Cons
No onboarding process whatsoever, you’re just thrown in there with 0 guidance
They basically expect you to be available 24/7 and have the responsibilities of an account manager and project manager while paying you a ridiculously low compensation
The so called “team lead” is as toxic as they come
The benefits are non-existent. You don’t even get a single penny for medical insurance or anything
Your compensation gets paid two weeks after the end of the month

I worked at ScrumLaunch as a Laravel developer - it was a great experience! Professional team, well-structured processes, and a flexible schedule. Projects were interesting and used a modern tech stack. The management was supportive, and the team atmosphere was excellent. It was a pleasure to be part of such a company.
Cons
There were virtually no cons during my time working there.
