      No onboarding, misleading job descriptions

      I didn’t see any pros while working at ScrumLaunch

      Cons

      No onboarding process whatsoever, you’re just thrown in there with 0 guidance They basically expect you to be available 24/7 and have the responsibilities of an account manager and project manager while paying you a ridiculously low compensation The so called “team lead” is as toxic as they come The benefits are non-existent. You don’t even get a single penny for medical insurance or anything Your compensation gets paid two weeks after the end of the month

      It’s great to have flexible hours and no micromanagement. Payments and vacation have always been handled smoothly.

      Cons

      I’d appreciate more frequent salary reviews and more stability in project teams.

      My Experience Working Full-Stack Developer

      I worked at ScrumLaunch as a Laravel developer - it was a great experience! Professional team, well-structured processes, and a flexible schedule. Projects were interesting and used a modern tech stack. The management was supportive, and the team atmosphere was excellent. It was a pleasure to be part of such a company.

      There were virtually no cons during my time working there.
