Pros
The people you work with day-to-day are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. It's a fast-growing company, so there's opportunity to do some cool things and try new ideas.
Cons
There is no work/life balance. They expect you to be on-call 24/7 and go above and beyond in the most ridiculous circumstances. The people they've hired are beyond dedicated and make the impossible happen, but upper management ignores people when they bring issues to their attention. Rather than addressing the roots of issues, they just expect people to make miracles happen or they say "it'll be fine." There's high turnover because people get burnt out so quickly. They claim it's a team and everyone's input is valued, but the whole point of the business seems to be to make the CEO as rich as possible no matter what. It's a boys club at the top and everyone is there to do their bidding.
