Great work experience, prestigious clients, professional work environment by and large, good office space.

Cons

WFH policies are not competitive, design output quality is constrained by legacy working methodologies and internal dev team's skill level. Day to day operations are sometimes subject to the knee-jerk whims of upper management. At one point they asked the employees to put up Glassdoor reviews in an effort to increase their rating... that says a lot. But the red flags are rare tbh.

Supportive Culture: The team is open to feedback and fosters a collaborative environment, which makes it easier to grow and contribute meaningfully. Career Growth Potential: I feel genuinely excited about the opportunities ahead and confident that ScreenRoot is a place where I can develop professionally.

Cons

Flexibility in Work-from-Home Options: While the in-office environment is engaging, having a bit more flexibility around work-from-home could help in achieving better work-life balance especially on days when focused, individual work is required.
