      Pros

      Great startup with amazing potential and spectacular workers and benefits. Hands down one of the best companies to work for if you're experienced.

      Cons

      Very poor training, not the best place for a junior engineer but a seasoned professional will Excel here

      Great Company To Work For

      Pros

      Friendly work environment. Welcoming and helpful colleagues. Allowed to manage yourself. Exposure to current and relevant technologies. Work from home. Very good training processes for new staff. Interesting and challenging problems to work on. You will be working with a product that works exceptionally well and is a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      None! In my time so far with ScienceLogic, I have had nothing but positive experiences both with my role and my colleagues and the company as a whole.

      Packages are very competitive, but benefits, you need to do them yourself. Occasional weekend/holiday work.
