Work from home, management not micro managing, all hands meetings where we get to see financials, future goals, current performance etc. Feels transparent

Heavily increased workflow but no hiring as of yet to match(Besides technicians, they are hiring a TON of tech's currently).

No work from home or flex available
Had an issue with "job level." Asked a direct question and got an incorrect answer from director.
Would have liked more assurance that rewards are based on ability, commitment and hard work vs. favoritism.
Not inclusive, all male workforce. Also benefits also written for male workforce. Example: only 2 weeks of maternity leave because it just matches paternity.
Flexibility to work from home, competitive benefits, good communication, opportunity for advancement, training opportunities, team atmosphere, good people to work with.
Cons
Management is making uninformed decisions and not listening to employees who really know what is going on. They are dropping products and services that need not be dropped, basically killing their "brand" in the process.
