Scantron is a great place to work. The CEO is fantastic and fosters open, honest, and clear communication. Salaries are competitive and there are ample growth opportunities for employees who are looking for the next steps in their careers. There are a lot of wonderful people within the organization, some brand new and some that have been with the organization for more than 20 years. The diversity in the tenure as well as the talents creates a wonderful environment in which innovation can thrive. I love my job here and I look forward to many more years with the company.

Scantron is corporate ownership (Harland Clark and McAndrews and Forbes). Like in any organization with multiple layers of ownership, decisions sometimes take longer than I would like. But it is a con I am willing to live with because with extra layers of ownership also comes additional investment.

Lots of autonomy, management allows employees to work independently with little oversight. Great people and environment.
Cons
Company has been unable to keep up with the fast pace of technology, leading to extensive layoffs and reorganization. No sense that customer feedback on request for changes were ever met with results. Salaries stagnant.

Company Vehicle, Phone Support, Average Pay, Guaranteed 8 hours a day salary but may only work 6-7, Variety of companies. The managers who do not micromanage will leave you alone if you are getting required work done in a timely fashion and have 100 percent customer satisfaction

Pay could be a little better. Some customers have very old machines to work on. Management monitors wherever you are at all times. Some managers micro manage. Expected to generate 3 sales leads annually for contracting more equipment or customers

It provided great start to lots of Employees. During its peak all guys from Microsoft , Yahoo and other big shots choose this company worked like hell ,learned a lot. It offers great salary to its employees. Dev's and QA's are paid best in there group when compared to other MNC's offering hike under 10%. Here 10% is the Starting one to the non performers.
Cons
Well those having good Repo with the Managers are enjoying here. That shouldn't be the case all should be treat equal.
