Pros

I guess the view is ok

Cons

absolutely horrible place to work. if you're not family be ready to not be valued. upper management came from ITGlue and runs a business based on fear and devaluing employee worth. anyone who has been working under the top down umbrella (warranty master, quoter, and backup rader) knows full well that every review over one star (on top down's page) had been submitted by upper management of Top Down Ventures. this became comically clear as the reviews reflect the exact opposite of the working environment of the company.

Pros

Good work/life balance and good peers to work with. Benefits are also great and company equipment is top knotch

Cons

Poor onboarding for new hires. A lot of people dont know what ScalePad is and at the very begining they should have an orientation and a proper schedule for their newbies where they learn about the company and the products they have and then information about MSPs. On my first start date I was left a lot to self train when I had no idea about the IT industry at all. Also the unlimited flex time isnt unlimited, they cap you at 5 and its performance based. A lot of people took extra time while others were capped. They should have min 3 weeks vacation. Also, its very male dominated - I was the only female in my team.

Thank you for providing this feedback. As a rapidly growing company, we are continually looking for ways to improve. We have recently invested in building an internal Learning & Development team who are focusing on employee onboarding to ensure a smooth and consistent experience for all new hires. It has been great to see the positive feedback from all new hires that their onboarding is the best they have experienced. We hope no other employee has the same experience as you went through. In regards to your advice to management on the remote work and training being an issue, though this is not common feedback received, we can always get better and this information has been shared with our leaders to reflect on ensuring a #masterfulexperience for both hybrid and remote employees.

Pros

Not much I can say

Cons

- WAY under market pay - leadership is running a call centre and has very little idea on how to run an enjoyable work environment - Again, pay is CHEAP
