      Like a Jonnie Cash ring of fire - Down, Down, Down...

      Pros

      There was and still is some great technology this company has to offer and if / when a cohesive strategy is put in place to sell it again - it may well be a good company to work for...

      Cons

      Bills, Bills, Bills... Not only the ones we're struggling to pay, but the ones running the show. Shifting the entire knowledge base from Singapore to India to the US and then again within the US... It didn't work well the first time; the second time worked as well as the first and guess what... third time wasn't lucky. The vast majority of the talent has now been let go, fired or left of their own volition... Will it be the Phoenix from the flames under new ownership?

      Good company, tough business.

      Pros

      I had the pleasure of working closely with Bill Clark and the exec. team in 2010- 2012. It was a tough transition time, but when I left in early 2012, it seemed the company was heading in the right direction with renewed focus. Good people, good team!

      Cons

      Years of dependence on only a few large customers made it hard to transition solutions to be better suited to a broader customer base. But this was a few years ago, and hopefully they are better positioned now.

      Lack of experience in management.

      Pros

      Flexible work hours and decent equipment with which to work.

      Cons

      Lots of managers looking to make a name for themselves despite their lack of experience. Few experienced engineers had to carry the entire production workload.
