Pros

They have some managers that are very kind and treat servers very respectfully.

Cons

One manager in particular is jealous of the tips a sever receives even though we are only making 2.15 per hour so this manager is always attempting to find ways to infringe upon a severs tips by manipulating the schedule so that all the people she hires is working on her shift, it’s like they work for her directly instead of Santa Fe as a company this woman has stolen money off of my table a couple of times and nothing has been done. I had to earn my position as a top sever and the people that she hires all go to her church or related to her in some way. She has everybody wrapped around her finger and she is the biggest thief, liar, and master manipulator that I have ever encountered. I have no desire to work on her shift but yet she found a way to work days because I don’t work nights and no matter how hard I work she sabotages my efforts every time and I love serving it makes me sad the someone could infiltrate this profession so fraudulently when all she cares about is a tip. Her son works there and everybody else she knows and she allows her pawns to harass me to talk to me derogatory and I have never done this woman nothing. I love serving and my tips reflect it and they are stone cold jealous!!!! It’s very unfortunate, I can’t win with this scenario, it makes me very sad.

Pros

Lots of hours and customers typically tip well

Cons

They have constant issues with turnover because of how much work is put on waiters. There are days when you will work through shifts and not get a break in over 12 hour shifts. Managers don't care if you are sick and puking you better show up or get a doctor's note even if it means you're going to be dripping snot in the food or running a fever. Some of us can't afford $150 to goto the doctor's office for them to tell me I have a cold and to sleep it off just to get an excuse. Responsibilities are constantly piling up and they are shifting more and more work onto waiters to the point where it takes 2 hours to close after the doors are locked.
