      Nice facilities, hybrid working, good location, friendly team and balanced workload.

      Cons

      Bullying behaviour is tolerated, leaders ignore abusive behaviour and the good people in management are far and few between. Supportive colleagues help to cope with the disfunctional days which are difficult.
