      Pros

      Really helpful and hands-on area managers. The staff are all very nice and genuine. Definitely, the best retail store I have worked, their expectations and targets are achievable and the target customers are generally pleasant to work with.

      I really can't think of any.

      Small and close-knit group team Incentives provided through monthly bonus' depending on targets reached

      Cons

      Sometimes unrealistic targets set but this is not unusual and no serious repercussions if not met, more of a carrot than a stick approach taken.
