Pros
Great people; great strategy; solid business model. Company has a strong culture that focuses on results and cuts through waffle. People are mostly self-directed and hard-working.
Cons
Need to invest in many product lines simultaneously - Op Ex is growing. HR is managed largely as a cost center and not used as a tool to fuel growth. Missed opportunity here. Attitude to flexible working is relatively outdated - face time is still important and remote workers are not encouraged.
