Cons
Low pay and a lot of people going without a raise for almost a decade Releases inconsistent products that are returned by the palet due to various failures The front and back end of the building are now separated by a wall and security door. Need to use the bathroom up front? Better waddle over to a manager and hope they can let you through before you have an accident. That is something that happened just this year. Morale is generally the worst I have seen at a company. Refuses to hire additional employees even to fill key positions. One department is basically a skeleton crew. You are often required to do work that is not even remotely part of your position.
